1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Stet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the software.

2. The Service

Stet is a productivity utility that provides voice-to-text functionality. We provide the software and optional transcription services. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in transcription and are not responsible for any actions taken based on the transcribed text.

3. Payments & Credits

Pay-as-you-go: Credits purchased for Stet's hosted transcription services are non-refundable unless required by local consumer law. Credits do not expire as long as the service is operational.

Open Source: Large parts of Stet are open source. Your use of the open-source components is governed by their respective licenses (MIT/GPL).

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Stet for any illegal purposes or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You may not attempt to abuse our API, disrupt our services, or circumvent payment systems.

5. Limitation of Liability

Stet is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stet and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or our website.
